June Out and About

This month I was delighted to present cheques to both the Salvation Army and Operation Flinders, in support of their vital work in our community. The funds were raised from my annual Austerity Night. I would again like to take this opportunity to thank all who came, shared in a hot cup of soup and donated to these excellent causes.

In support of cancer research, a disease which impacts so many South Australian families, I am hosting a fundraising dinner on the 30th of June. I was delighted to have Hayley and Lauren from Adelady over to put my cooking skills to the test as we prepare for our Longest Table fundraising dinners. You can donate to my page here.

The Salvation Army plays such an important role in our community, providing services to those who are in need. I've launched a fundraising page as part of their Heroes for Hope campaign. If you'd like to donate, please do so here.

During June the Weatherill Labor Government promised a 'jobs' budget, instead delivering new taxes and higher charges - the last thing South Australia needs! We need a comprehensive strategy to lower taxes, increase employment and encourage stronger economic growth. This is what a Marshall Liberal Government will deliver, a plan to make South Australia shine.
