Home Cheese Making: Make Your Own Haloumi and Ricotta Cheese
Qualified cheesemaker, Sean Galvin, from Salubrious Cheeses will guide you through a hands-on practical workshop covering all you need to know to make your own Haloumi and Ricotta cheese. All equipment and ingredients are provided along with written course materials and a light lunch.
Each person will get approximately 500g of Haloumi and 250g of Ricotta to take home. Participants will have the option to purchase a take home cheese kit for an additional $10. People will be working in pairs so bring along a friend or we can pair you up.
