Public Forum: Economic Policy & Social Realities

Dr Phil Lawn from the University of Adelaide and Pas Forgone from the Anti-Poverty Network will be offering their perspectives on how government economic policy affects everyone's lives, and how it could be so much better.

Dr Lawn will explain modern monetary theory, a description of how macroeconomics works today, and how it can be used for the public good.

Pas Forgone will discuss how economic policies create unemployment, and the resulting costs to society.
